- Where is my order?
Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday during working hours with orders placed after 3:00 PM CLT processed the next working day (not including public holidays).- How long does shipping take?
- Cairo and Giza: Within 2-5 working days.
- Anywhere else inside Egypt: Within 3-5 working days.
- Worldwide Shipping: Within 5-10 working days.
- Do you have International shipping?
- We deliver worldwide within 5-10 working days (Weekends and Official holidays excluded)
- How much is the shipping fees?
- We deliver in Cairo and Giza for 65 EGP
- Anywhere else in Egypt for 85 EGP
- We’re available online only.
- How can I make sure of my size?
- Please make sure of your size through our size chart.
- I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
- Please check your spam/junk mail in case the order confirmation has landed in there. If you still can't find your order confirmation please contact us.
- How can I pay my order?
- You can pay online by your credit card or cash on delivery.
- Can you send me two sizes to choose between them?
- Unfortunately we can’t send two sizes but we allow exchanges after the courier leaves.
- Can I try the products on while the courier waits?
- Packages can’t be opened while the courier awaits but we can exchange it after the courier leaves.
- What is your Exchange/Refund policy?
- We allow exchanges and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order.
